Order processing time

We’re excited to get your order ready! Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing and production before your order is on its way.

 

Shipping times

Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Here’s an overview of typical delivery times:

  1. Within the Netherlands: 1 to 3 business days
  2. Within Europe: 3 to 7 business days
  3. Outside Europe: 10 to 20 business days

Please note that some things like weather, holidays, or unexpected events might cause slight delays. While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, sometimes our delivery partners may experience setbacks.

 

Shipping costs and import duties
All shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and any other fees related to shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will vary depending on the destination country and the value of the order. Please be aware that:

  1. Within the European Union (EU): VAT is applied to your order and the price including VAT is shown on the website. No import duties are charged for goods traded between EU member states.
  2. Outside the European Union: Import duties, VAT, and possibly other taxes (such as excise duties) will be applied to your order upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Tracking your order

When your order is on its way, you’ll be able to track it every step of the journey! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? No worries! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it – no hassle at all. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “cancel” and include the order number.
