Return Policy

At JASRLIN, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

 

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

  1. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  2. The product must have all original tags still attached.
  3. The product must be in its original packaging.
  4. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to start a return?

To start a return, please contact us at contact@jasrlin.com  order details. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. However, keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund as well.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at  contact@jasrlin.com for assistance.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and make it right by either sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.

 

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer a direct exchange service. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend following this process:

  1. Return the item you do not want (according to our return policy).
  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
